W Boutique Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Wboutique. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit within 15 days of the date you received it. However, you must notify us within the first 5 days of receiving the merchandise.

All returns must be:

    • In original condition
    • With tags attached
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • Free of smoke and pet odors

To return an item:

    1. Contact us at 787-691-5704 or wboutiqueonlinepr@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
    1. Ship the item back to us at the following address:

Please include the following with your return:

    • A copy of your packing slip
    • A note explaining why you are returning the item

We will process your return within 3 to 5 business days of receiving it. Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit for the amount of your purchase, minus the shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds for:

    • Items that are not in original condition
    • Items that are missing tags
    • Items that are worn or washed
    • Items that smell of smoke or pets
    • Items that are returned after 15 days of the date you received them
